.                                                                                                                                                     Hello, my faithful readers! Are you at peace today? Can you be still, and know that all is well? I think I can guess your answer — “Well, if everything would ever get alright, then maybe I could be still…and relax for once!” Ah-h, but perhaps there’s a better, ‘higher’ way to think: Like, I’ve got hands to use and legs to walk with; so I will be still and see if everything can “get” well….[that way, we’re not giving life an  ultimatum]. I look at nature — (and, no, I’m not talking about our pet dog(s) or cats)! I’m seeing that the sand is relatively still ; and the tree’s aren’t beating each other up, just because one has leaves and the other has needles (!) And the sea otter shown here, I have seen at the at The Oregon Coast Aquarium, in Newport, OR.  They do clever things with their front paws, like crack open shellfish. And under the water, they are as fast as jets! We’ve really messed up their natural home, the Ocean, in many ways . Yet look at this guy, he’s at ease for the moment.

My last thought is that when we are still and ‘at peace’, we actually see fine and beautiful things better, and are more satisfied for having done so. So see some beauty now, and take one piece of it home with you!  Peace & sunshine to you! Gini

Look up, to see and feel the sky!
Look up, to see and feel the sky!

Giving shouldn’t be the chocolate cake in this life; it should be the bread and butter…don’t you think? Why do you think it is so hard,  for some, at certain times, to give? And for others, to receive? I think people are afraid to be without, of not having enough; we don’t know how to live without the many things we’re used to having…unless something huge is taken away.  [that has happened to me] And we can’t receive graciously unless we know we can’t do this alone, this process we call living. Yes, there appears to very much wrong with the world we live in. But that doesn’t mean you (or I) have to be wrong…So look up at the sky. See that it’s good, and that there’s plenty for everyone. Then give….give something stunning. Give to somebody —  a piece of Fine Art to please the heart!

Friends, family, associates and any other readers I may be blessed enough to have today — you know, it “just so happens” that my business partner and I are in the process of setting up our online store & Gallery. They are…pieces of Fine Art to please the heart! Please comment. Please visit us. We welcome you as part of our valuable support. Thank you for being there! Everyone loves to go to the coast, right? Ever wondered why? When young, it’s all fun and freedom and splashes.  reflecting now brings thoughts of being “linked” to something larger than myself. Yes, the Pacific Ocean is huge, and I am quite small; but it’s more than that.                                                                                           It’s a type of awe which draws me — my busy mind, weary feet & all in between — to sense (whether to enter or avoid) a massive spiritual-like and ecological “kingdom” or enterprise. ‘Ah-ha’, that’s the passage; I thought it was that dreamy, green corridor, so beautiful, so sparkly with  light-rays streaming in that I imagined I was a princess in royal passage over a mountain range to my destination! But it’s actually a ‘passage’ from myself to that enterprise, which systematically molds, divides and holds together.. all of life!          Do we of this generation believe we can partake in this, this growth & change processing all around us? I don’t know; but I believe I must…I’m a part of it.
